Self-Hypnosis for Meditation Process
A guided trance process in which you’ll learn how to relax yourself into self-hypnosis. If you find that your mind goes crazy the moment you sit down to meditate this will show you how to get to a space where a cool, detached watching is possible.

How are Hypnosis & Meditation Connected?
It may seem paradoxical – hypnosis is putting you into trance and meditation is about waking up and becoming aware! Hypnosis allows the mind to step back, to relax, allowing meditation to happen spontaneously. For many people, the active mind can be a barrier to going into meditation. This way of entering into relaxation with awareness, becomes the doorway to deeper meditation.
